Individual Sessions

$65.00 per session

One hour of 1:1 face-to-face personal training with Nick. This can be a custom workout created by ODW or a typical exercise routine for you where you would like support. Focus will be on form, breathing, and ways to get optimal results from each element of the workout routine.

Service for folk over 55

$35 per session

Research has shown that the single key to combating the symptoms of aging is consistent activity. Sessions with One Day Well are designed around your unique strengths and needs. We work with you to achieve your goals, and to give you opportunities to be as active as possible. We will work on the key components of mobility: BALANCE – FLEXIBILITY – RANGE OF MOTION. 30 minute sessions.


Health Coaching

One Conversation Could Change Your Life

As health coaches, we are your personal advocates for living an energized and passionate life. We work with my clients to help them create happy, health lives in a way that is flexible, fun and free of denial and discipline. By working together, we can discover the food and lifestyle choices that best support you. Making gradual, lifelong changes enables you to reach your current and future health goals.

Ongoing Support

$35 per week - for whom they have created a plan

Unlimited access to Nick via phone, text, and email.  Receive support encouragement,, have an accountability partner, and get reminders on your workouts.

Founder

Nick is a certified Fitness Trainer. He has fun with his exercise regimen and he like to do activities that are enjoyable and valuable.  He greatly enjoy helping people find a new level of physical health.

Jen Heynen

Health Coach

Director

Jen is a Certified Health Coach and a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. She received her graduate degree in Mental Health Counseling from Gallaudet University and her certification in Health Coaching at Integrative Nutrition in New York City. She is also certified by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners.
