12 Week Planning

$140 for an interview and the creation of the plan 

A customized 12-week training program built to support your wellness goals, while keeping your schedule in mind. Each day will have a defined fitness objective, including rest days. Exercise routines will be created by ODW to match your fitness goals as well as your time and equipment options and limitations

Individual Sessions

$65 per session

One hour of 1:1 face-to-face personal training with Nick. This can be a custom workout created by ODW or a typical exercise routine for you where you would like support. Focus will be on form, breathing, and ways to get optimal results from each element of the workout routine.


Folk over 55

$55 per hour

Health Coach to discuss your current nutritional habits, and receive guidance on how to make the best choices for yourself. Receive a customized eating plan that will allow you to maximize your caloric intake. (Jen has a brochure for this that she will scan and send to all of us on Tuesday - this should help with language

Special Events - Targeted Training

$55 per hour

If you are looking to complete a 5K, challenge yourself with a mud run, or improve your dexterity for a soccer tryout, we can help.


Ongoing Support

$35 per week - for whom they have created a plan

 Unlimited access to Nick via phone, text, and email.  Receive support encouragement,, have an accountability partner, and get reminders on your workouts.


We help you in changing your lifestyle beyond the work-out time.

Meet with us to set up a lifestyle plan to feel great. 

 

Nutrition Counseling

$100 per month with a six month commitment

Two 45-minute phone consults per month, with email support on the other two weeks.   Meet with a Health Coach to discuss your current nutritional habits, and receive guidance on how to make the best choices for yourself. Receive a customized eating plan that will allow you to maximize your caloric intake.
